Can You Spot an American Listening Exercise I found this video today on YouTube in which people from around the world are asked if they can spot Americans that is, if they can  know someone is from the United States by stereotyping the way they look, act, dress, etc.As a American, I find their answers to be pretty funny all around. I think a lot of people around the world have a strong idea of what an American should look like, and how they should act, based on what theyve learned from media. When I travel, people tend to think Im from a different country, and are surprised to found out Im from the U.S.Personally, I think that people from my country tend to be very different. Its a big country with a lot of people, and youll find that  there are so many different factors age, ethnicity, location, class, geography that its almost to say what an American is.Watch the video below, then see if you can answer a few listening questions.Answer the questions in comments and well respond.1.
